These are sold by the PAIR! They make great 14g earrings and since they are so versatile-you get two for the price of one anywhere else.
Just like tattoos for women, belly rings are now almost universally accepted. Belly rings are considered sexy and since so many female celebrities are flaunting their navel piercings, it is becoming more and more popular everyday.
Here are some of the most stylish celebrities how look good with navel piercings (even Britney manages to look somewhat classy with a belly ring).

Britney Spears Belly Ring

Lindsay Lohan - belly ring
Wow! This scorpion belly ring is on sale for $2.99. More colors are coming soon.
It’s always fun to change your belly ring, this one goes well with darker skin and a red or green bikini. It’s lightweight and petite (3/8″).
Tip: It’s easier to change your belly ring while lying on your back.
Corset piercings, while they look really good, are almost always temporary piercings. They are done for aesthetic reasons, as a fetish, or they are done for photo shoots, or advertising. If you are thinking of getting a corset piercing, you should talk to a professional piercer who you trust. The process is long, and uncomfortable, but you might get it done free if you agree to let them photograph you for their advertising.
What to expect? First, remember you can’t tie them until they’ve healed. Once healed, you will only be able to keep the piercing laced for a short time. Two rows of piercings are performed and can be as little as four four piercings (two in each row) or as many as needed to cover the area. Or you can go really wild like in the picture on the left. Most are done on the back, but I have seen side and leg corset piercings.
Corset piercings are done with surface bars, or Teflon tubing (PTFE) which will at least move with you body. You will never realize how much your back moves until you get a corset piercing. both of which are flexible and move with the body. Once the piercing is fully healed, one of the beads at the end of the surface bar can be replaced with a special bead, drilled to accept a ring. The laces get threaded through the ring.
Most pictures of corset piercings are photoshopped. The models may have redness and swelling that have been conveniently removed. Corset piercings don’t heal easily. They are painful to have done and painful while healing, not to mention quite expensive. A corset piercing will run at least several hundred dollars unless you are a paid model.
I think they look cool, but I would never get one, or recommend that anyone else get one either. If your goal is a fetish piercing, however, this may be worth checking into.
I have met many people who ask “What type of piercing should I get?” I find this an odd question, I always wanted a particular spot pierced, not a piercing that needed a place. When you sell body jewelry (like I do), you want to see more piercings-but piercing that people will be happy with and keep. I make answering this question a priority whenever I see it in a forum.
Assuming that you are 18, and can have any part of your body pierced that you want, try answering these questions below to find a piercing that will make you happy. They will point you in the right direction, at least.
1. Do you want a piercing that will be visible to everyone? If so, pick a body part that you are happy with for your piercing (girls, if you have a flat tummy and want to show it off with cropped tops, consider a naval piercing). If you want private piercings, consider getting your private parts pierced.
2. Do you want the piercing to bring pleasure to you or your partner? Tongue rings come in vibrating versions, etc. but there isn’t too much you can do with an eyebrow piercing.
3. Do you have pets or have small kids? You may want to think about your lifestyle first. I have seen many men and women with babies get their nipple rings pulled out by a child. Personally, my dogs are always jumping up for a kiss, no belly rings for me!
4. Do you want a piercing that you can easily change yourself? Women-private piercings an be hard to change yourself unless you are very limber! Can your partner open a CBR and get the bead back in without causing you any pain?
5. Are you looking for a unique piercing? Want something unique that will get lots of attention? Unusual piercings get comments about the area pierced. Common piercings, like belly rings, get comments about the jewelry.

When ordering body jewelry online, you need to make sure that you are ordering the correct gauge and size. Reputable companies won’t accept returns if you order the wrong gauge or size. Think about it…we don’t accept returns when someone orders the wrong gauge because that person probably tried inserting the jewelry. No one wants to buy body jewelry that was already worn, YUK!
To make sure you are getting the exact size you want, measure jewelry that fits. You can measure the length, diameter, or size from the inside. For barbells this means measuring the shaft only, do not include balls in measurement. For rings this means measuring the inside empty space so that the shaft of the ring is not included in the measurement. Most body jewelry measurements are inches, fractions of inches, or millimeters, so use a good ruler with millimeters on one side & inches on the other.
For gauges, if you don’t know, ask the person that did the piercing. You should have been told when you initially got the piercing, but people forget once they are out of the shop. If you weren’t told, why did you pay someone to stick a hole in your body without asking what size the hole was going to be?
Gauge wheels are available online for under $20 bucks. They have slots with gauges marked, just stick the jewelry into the smallest slot you can-that will be the jewelry’s gauge. This works well if you have apiece of body jewelry and don’t know the gauge.
